Our industrial hydraulic oil range spans mineral, semi-synthetic and fully synthetic formulations across the common ISO VG grades, including anti-wear, zinc-free and high-viscosity-index options for systems running at high pressure or across wide temperature ranges.

Choosing industrial hydraulic oil on viscosity alone is where most premature pump and valve failures begin. We confirm the ISO VG grade, additive package and any OEM approval against the equipment before quoting, and supply technical and safety data sheets for every product.

Alongside hydraulic fluids we stock industrial gear oils, air and refrigeration compressor fluids, slideway and spindle oils, heat transfer fluids, food-safe lubricants for production environments and a full grease range covering high-temperature, high-load and water-resistant applications.

Supply for plant and maintenance teams

We supply industrial hydraulic oil to manufacturers, plant operators, maintenance contractors and OEM service teams on trade terms, in 20 litre drums, 205 litre barrels and IBCs, with scheduled deliveries available for sites running planned maintenance programmes.

Condition monitoring and changeovers

Fluid condition tells you more about a system than a calendar does. Where customers run oil analysis programmes, we can supply consistent product batches so trend data stays meaningful, and advise on flushing procedures when a system is being converted from one formulation to another.

Compatibility matters during a changeover: mixing incompatible additive chemistries can cause seal swell, deposits or filter blocking, so we confirm what is currently in the system before recommending a replacement. For multi-site operations we can standardise products across plants to reduce the number of lines held in stores, simplify ordering and cut the risk of the wrong drum being used on the wrong machine.
