Bulk Engine Oil Supply

Volume Engine Oil Supply for Businesses That Buy by the Barrel

Britannia supplies bulk engine oil to businesses whose consumption is measured in drums and pallets rather than litres. Independent garages, fast-fit centres, dealer groups, HGV and van fleets, plant operators, marine engineers and motor factors all buy from us on trade terms, with pricing set against volume and product mix.

The range covers passenger car and light commercial oils from 0W-20 through to 20W-50, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, motorcycle and small-engine oils, and low-SAPS formulations for modern after-treatment systems. Current stock is listed on our engine oils category, within the wider automotive lubricants range.

We stock from established manufacturers including Castrol, Shell, Mobil, Valvoline, Liqui Moly, Petronas, TotalEnergies and Bardahl, so a workshop can standardise on one brand or mix lines across a single order. If you also buy hydraulic fluid in volume, see our wholesale hydraulic oil page.

Grades and Specifications

Bulk Engine Oil Grades and Specifications We Stock

Viscosity alone does not make an oil suitable. Modern engines are specified against ACEA sequences, API service categories and manufacturer approvals, and getting those wrong can invalidate a warranty.

Full Synthetic

Low-viscosity synthetic grades for modern petrol, diesel and hybrid engines running extended drain intervals and tight OEM approvals.

Heavy-Duty Diesel

Fleet grades for HGV, bus, plant and agricultural diesel engines, including low-SAPS formulations for DPF and SCR after-treatment.

How We Supply

From Specification to Delivery

A four-stage process for bulk engine oil orders, designed around workshop and fleet buying rather than retail checkout.

01

Specify

Send the grades and approvals you work to, or a list of the vehicles and engines in service, and we will confirm suitable products.

02

Quote

We price bulk engine oil against volume, pack size and delivery location, and confirm live stock position and lead time in writing.

03

Supply

Orders ship in 5 and 20 litre packs, 205 litre barrels, IBCs or mixed pallets, with data sheets included.

04

Repeat

Agreed pricing can be held across a period with scheduled call-off, keeping servicing supplied without overstocking.

Getting the Cost per Service Right

For a busy workshop the meaningful number is not the price of a drum, it is the cost per oil change once wastage, decanting losses and stockouts are accounted for. Buying bulk engine oil in the right pack size for your actual throughput usually saves more than switching brand.

A site turning over two or three services a day is generally better on 205 litre barrels with a metered dispensing setup than on repeated 20 litre packs. A mixed fleet running several approvals may be better consolidating onto fewer, broader-specification grades. We are happy to look at a service schedule and say which of those applies.

Dispensing equipment, pumps, meters and reels are available through our lubrication equipment range, and coolant, brake fluid and screenwash can be added to the same order from the coolants and brake fluids categories.

Trade Enquiry

Request a Bulk Engine Oil Quote

Send us the grades and volumes you get through and we will come back with trade pricing, stock availability and a delivery date. Most enquiries are answered the same working day.

Ordering across categories is straightforward: we can quote bulk engine oil alongside transmission fluids, EV and hybrid fluids and wholesale hydraulic oil on a single order. New customers can read more about Britannia first.
